Meet The Team

 

A fifteen-year real estate industry veteran, Realtor, Stephany DeBerry (EXP Realty), of Stephany Sells the DMV is a Platinum Producer that is based in the Washington DC metro area (licensed in DC, MD, and VA).

Her mission is to educate and empower her clients while helping them to achieve their real estate goals. Stephany does not just sell homes; she provides hope to her clients that are wanting to achieve the American Dream.

Stephany has a commitment to community and a passion to serve; she has sat on the Loudoun County Section 8 Board and has been elected to serve as President of WREBA the local chapter of NAREB ( National Association of Real Estate Brokers) and as the former President of Women’s Council of DMV.

Consistent with her goals of success and empowerment, Stephany serves as a certified mentor and coach to her real estate agent colleagues. She is an accountability partner for agents and real estate teams.

Stephany was the host of the Black Real Estate Weekend (December 2020) sponsored by Dr. Boyce Watkins and The Black Business School. From there she launched the Black Millionaire Real Estate Agent Masterclass (January 2021), where she trained agents from all over the country. Her passion is helping agents grow their confidence to achieve six-figure success.

Stephany has been featured in Black Enterprise, Huffington Post, Sheen Magazine, and Women of Excellence Magazine and on WOLB, and Flipology Radio. She has been seen on FOX, Black Press USA, Women's Business Report, WJLA News Channel 7, and Good Morning Washington. She has been invited as a guest speaker and panelist for numerous podcasts and industry events.

When Stephany is not working her business she is traveling and spending quality time with her family: Cameron, Chanel, and Chase. 

 

Marcus has been a lender for almost 20 years, residing in Warrenton, VA (Fauquier County). He’s passionate about lending for home purchases, and refinances, educating people on how to be successful with managing credit, and creating generational wealth through real estate, including helping first-time buyers & military families.

Marcus is licensed in DMV and DE, OH, IL, IN, KY, TN, and GA, and has led and trained loan officers for NFCU, BB&T & SUNTRUST. Funded thousands of loans for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Outside of being a lender, he’s a wonderful father to a 6-year-old, Taya, and a husband who in his free time enjoys: cooking, shooting firearms, anything basketball and football-related (sports junkie here) & doing all things country living

 

For 20 years, Pamela has been helping women improve their personal and financial wealth through solid financial life planning. She focuses on helping her clients secure their financial futures so they can sleep well at night.

Pamela has become a strong voice in the area of personal finance for women. Her knowledge in this area has made her a sought-after speaker. She has been quoted in articles in various financial publications.

She has membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT). Membership in MDRT is a highly recognized mark of excellence for the most successful in the financial services profession. Pamela holds a Behavioral Financial Advisor designation, awarded to advisors who have undergone training to learn to help clients make financial decisions using a rational, values-based approach. She was featured in the Women in Wealth section of Fortune Magazine November 2020 issue as a top Wealth Manager in the Washington DC metro area.

She successfully completed the demanding requirements to receive a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor certification through the College of Financial Planning. Pamela also holds a Behavioral Financial Advisor designation, awarded to advisors who have undergone training to learn to help clients make financial decisions using a rational, values-based approach. Behavioral Financial Advisor’s integrate techniques founded in traditional finance, psychology, and neuroscience to positively influence clients’ spending and saving behavior in the presence of challenging emotions.

Pamela is married, lives in Chantilly, VA, and has three children. She devotes her free time to her family, her church, enjoys reading, and loves to sing.

Church in Calverton, Maryland, and is involved in the Job Fair Tucker Missionary Baptist Church Syracuse, New York, and Social Action Committee Kingdom Fellowship AME Church. He’s an agent with State Farm Insurance Co. as well as the owner of  Homebuying Seminars HPAP in Washington DC, Home Free USA Home buying Seminars, and Reid Temple Homebuyers Seminars.

His hobbies include working out, reading, relaxing, meditating, going to the beach with family, traveling, and giving back to our community by offering ways of providing generational wealth and a legacy for  future generations
